- Encryption methods when accessing password protected areas of our websites. An icon resembling a padlock is displayed on the address bar of most Internet browser windows during encrypted transactions.
- Access to your personal information on FMS websites, mobile applications, products and services will be password-protected.
- Sensitive data is protected by SSL encryption when it is exchanged between your web browser and the FMS website and mobile applications.
- To protect any data, you store on our servers, FMS also regularly audits its systems for possible vulnerabilities and attacks.

Usage Data
Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service.
Usage Data may include information such as your Device’s Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.

The Company will retain your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in our Retention Policy. We will retain and use your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.
The Company will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. We confirm that we will adhere to the POPIA which comes into effect 1st of July 2021.
We further acknowledge that as per the PAIA, residents with an established business relationship with us can request information once a year about sharing their Personal Data with third parties for the third parties’ direct marketing purposes.
